The Forum held on May 30 was a new platform for further development of mutually beneficial projects in the IT sphere, different startup projects and exchange innovative technologies and ideas in priority areas.
Several stakeholders from private and public sector of Uzbekistan and India participated in the Forum with their proposals and projects. The Forum will be an annual feature henceforth.
Meanwhile the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade of Uzbekistan in cooperation with the Government of Namangan region of Uzbekistan is organizing an International Business and investment forum in Namangan city on 7-8 June.
The Namangan region is in the eastern part of Uzbekistan and is promising area for joint projects in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, agriculture, food processing, tourism and other sectors.
Namangan has easy access to the markets of Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and other countries of Central Asia.
The upcoming International Forum is expected to be a new platform and opportunity to start a new business projects in Namangan region as well as in Central Asia.
Senior representatives of leading companies from about 100 countries including from India could attend the Forum.
Key ministers of Government of Uzbekistan, CEOs of leading private and public companies of Uzbekistan will participate in 2 day event.
