UST Global in partnership with Centro Fox

CHENNAI: IT services and solutions major UST Global, which has a focus on Fortune 500 and Gloabl 1,000 companies, has forged a partnership with Centro Fox, a presidential library and learning centre dedicated to leadership development across Mexico and Latin America.

UST Global officials said former Mexican president personally visited the company headquarters in the US to announce the partnership. They said the partnership would leverage UST Global's innovative IT services and solutions to support Latin American operations of global enterprises, as well as local organizations in the region.

"UST Global is partnering with Centro Fox in order to help accomplish the transformation of Mexico into a world-class technology economy," said Fox. He said the tie-up held possibilities to establish Mexico as a frontrunner in the information technology revolution in the region.

UST Global has undertaken to make investment towards creating infrastructure of new development centers, and has begun providing technical training for the Mexican workforce, as part of the agreement.

The combined presence of UST Global and Centro Fox is expected to offer reduced operational costs to clients through IT services and solutions, and add value through innovation, with special focus on the retail, banking, telecommunications, oil and gas sectors.

UST Global CEO, Sajan Pillai said UST Global and Centro Fox had come together to develop a vision for the future of IT in Latin America, and that they were confident that the vision would soon be a reality.
