Tricom to acquire US-based service bureau

Tricom India specialises in non voice business process outsourcing.

MUMBAI: As part of its ongoing expansion plans, Tricom India Ltd on Monday said it has completed due diligence and has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for acquiring a service bureau in the United States.

The company would enter into definitive agreement in a couple of weeks for the service bureau, which has scanning operations spread across two locations, Tricom India informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Tricom India specialises in non voice business process outsourcing.

Shares of the company were trading at Rs 210.05, up 1.03 per cent at the BSE.
