Technophiles India Hosts The CIO Collective II, Bringing Together India’s Technology Leaders to Discuss AI, Cloud and the Future of Digital Enterprises

The second edition of The CIO Collective, brought to you by 63SATS Cybertech as the Title Partner and hosted byTechnophiles India, brought together technology leaders from across industries for a day of insightful discussions, knowledge sharing, and collaboration around emerging enterprise technologies including artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and digital transformation.

The event served as a platform for CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and senior technology decision-makers to exchange perspectives on the evolving enterprise technology landscape. As organizations across sectors continue to navigate rapid digital transformation, conversations around secure innovation, intelligent infrastructure and scalable technology strategies are becoming increasingly critical.

The event was held in association with Riverbed Technology, Yubico and iValue Group with JumpCloud joining as the Presenting Partner.

The event began with welcome remarks from Neehar Pathare, MD, CEO & CIO of 63SATS Cybertech, the Title Partner for The CIO Collective II. With over two decades of experience in technology and information security, Mr. Pathare is widely recognized for championing AI-driven cybersecurity and advocating stronger digital resilience for enterprises and India’s growing MSME ecosystem.

The discussions then moved into Panel 1 – “Cloud Beyond Boundaries: The Technology Leader’s Roadmap to Enterprise Agility, Innovation, and AI-Enabled Transformation,” moderated by Pons Mudivai Arun of JumpCloud.

The discussion featured Sanjay Nandavadekar (Inventia Healthcare Ltd.), Atul Garg (Small Industries Development Bank of India), Sibasish Pani (Lauritz Knudsen Electrical and Automation), Gajanan Raut, Rajneesh Garg (Allcargo ECU Worldwide), and Yogesh Rajawat (Axium Global).

The panel explored how enterprises are leveraging cloud ecosystems to drive agility, innovation, and AI-led transformation while ensuring scalability and resilience.

The session was followed by theatre-style presentations, beginning with Ajit Pillai (63SATS Cybertech) who presented “AI-First Security, Resilience-First Strategy.” The session highlighted the importance of integrating AI-driven security and resilience frameworks in modern cybersecurity strategies.

This was followed by presentations from Anup Neurekar and Vaibhav Patil (Riverbed Technology) titled “Unified Observability,” focusing on achieving end-to-end visibility across enterprise IT environments to improve performance and reliability.

Pons Mudivai Arun (JumpCloud) also delivered a presentation titled “The Velocity Paradox,” addressing how organizations can balance rapid innovation with governance, security, and operational control.

The discussions continued with Panel 2 – “Rewired by AI: The Agenda for Intelligent, Responsible & Scalable Transformation,” moderated by Neehar Pathare (63SATS Cybertech).

The panel featured Parag Dabhade (AIAIC, Government of Maharashtra), Raman Jha (Grasim Industries Limited – VFY Business), Rajat Panwar (Riya – The Travel Expert), Paresh Hasija (Tata Consultancy Services), Khushru Mistry (GM Modular), and Rahul Pandey.

The discussion focused on how organizations are embedding artificial intelligence into core business processes while ensuring responsible governance and scalable implementation.

This segment also included theatre-style presentations from Jay Vegda (Motadata) who presented “From Chaos to Clarity: The Unified Observability Journey,” highlighting the role of intelligent monitoring and observability platforms in managing complex IT environments.

This was followed by Rajendran Chellamuthu (SyskeyOT) who spoke about “Developing a Defense-in-Depth Strategy for Industrial Control System (ICS) Security,” focusing on strengthening security for operational technology environments.

The session concluded with a presentation from Rajesh Chhabra (Acronis) titled “Mitigating Downtime in OT with Acronis,” emphasizing the importance of resilience strategies, backup systems, and disaster recovery frameworks.

The final segment featured Panel 3 – “Data to Decisions: Securing Digital Leadership in the Age of Intelligent Infrastructure,” moderated by Sumit Kumar (IDBI Intech Ltd.).

The panel included Vaibhav Borgaonker (Sterlite Technologies Limited), Amit Nandwana (Banswara Syntex Ltd.), Jitender Gupta (Aditya Birla Chemicals – Advanced Materials), Sumit Singh (Wockhardt Hospitals Ltd.), Mrinmoy Jana (Zuno General Insurance), and Shrikant Iyer (Aditya Birla Health Insurance).

The discussion focused on how organizations are leveraging data-driven infrastructure, cybersecurity frameworks, and intelligent systems to enable faster and more informed decision-making.

The evening also featured a special moment of camaraderie as jerseys of the India national cricket team were presented, symbolizing team spirit and the shared passion for cricket among attendees.
