Mumbai, April 17, 2026: Technophiles India hosted the third edition of Dine with AlphaSec III, an exclusive gathering of India’s leading cybersecurity and technology leaders, in Mumbai. The event brought together CISOs, digital risk leaders and enterprise security experts for a day of high-impact discussions on redefining security leadership, navigating AI-driven risks and strengthening enterprise resilience in an increasingly complex threat landscape followed by a networking cocktail and dinner.

Dine with AlphaSec III was organised in association with iValue Group and Entrust and co-presented by Cisco & St. Fox with Yubico as the awards partner. The event was powered by Snyk, Scalefusion, SonicWall, SecHard, Forcepoint and Inflow Technologies Pvt Ltd, with Tech Prescient as the co-powered partner. The ecosystem was further strengthened by exhibit partners Checkmarx, Kratikal, Threatcop, RP Tech India, ESET and FireMon, while The Economic Times came on board as the official media partner.

Setting the tone for the day, the first panel discussion, “The CISO Operating Model for 2026: From Defender to Business Risk Leader,” was moderated by Urvish Acharya (Birla Carbon). The session featured Dr. Sayed Peerzade (Jio Platforms Limited), Anirudha Jambhekar (Cohizon Life Sciences), Jimit Gandhi (Akasa Air), Nilesh Jadhav (Kotak Mutual Fund), Col Udit Jain (Bandhan AMC Limited), Maj Sumit Sharma (Tata Chemicals), and Marc Airo Farulla (Entrust). The discussion explored how the CISO role is evolving into a business-critical function - balancing risk, enabling innovation and aligning security with enterprise growth.

The panel was followed by a series of insightful presentations from industry experts. Brijesh Mishrra (SecHard) highlighted the risks posed by misconfigurations and the importance of automated security hardening. Kartik Dedhia (Snyk) spoke on why AI-driven environments demand mature application security frameworks, while Sanjeev Kumar (SonicWall) outlined the shift from traditional perimeter-based models to cloud-first security strategies.

Post-lunch, the second panel, “Governing AI Risk: The CISO Perspective,” was moderated by Prateek Mishra (Ambit Private Limited). The panel featured Dinesh Phogat (The Clearing Corporation of India Limited), Dattatray Phatnaik (Indira IVF Group), Suresh Gupta (GoDaddy), Vinay Jain (Kiwi General Insurance), Darshan Chavan (Mirae Asset Mutual Fund) and Manoj Kumar Shrivastava (UPL). The session focused on navigating AI-related risks, building governance frameworks, and ensuring responsible and secure AI adoption across enterprises.

This segment also included presentations by Lalit Ghorpade (Scalefusion), who spoke on the convergence of device, access, and security, and Gurnam Singh Arora (Forcepoint), who shared insights on building a “Data Security Everywhere” approach in modern organizations.

The final panel, “Identity, Trust & the Perimeterless Enterprise: A CISO’s Blueprint for Secure Access,” was moderated by Sumit Kumar (IDBI Intech Limited). The discussion featured Arockiaraj Martin (EnKash), Yogesh Kulkarni (Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited), Sarang B Nagmote (Paytm Payments Bank), Sandesh Jadhav (Wipro), Kishan Kendre (Blue Star Limited), and Amit Arole (Tech Prescient). The panel explored identity-first security, zero trust architectures and securing enterprise access in an increasingly perimeterless world.

Further strengthening the agenda, Navin Mehra (Cisco) presented on futureproofing AI adoption, while Marc Airo Farulla and Ankit Mehra (Entrust) shared perspectives on cryptographic asset management in the context of modern threats and the emerging post-quantum landscape.

Beyond the discussions, the event also celebrated leadership and excellence in cybersecurity through a felicitation ceremony recognising distinguished security and technology leaders for their contributions to the industry.
