TCS to announce FY11 results on Apr 21
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) on Wednesday said it will announce its fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2011 numbers on April 21.

MUMBAI: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) on Wednesday said it will announce its fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2011 numbers on April 21.
The Board of Directors of the company will meet on April 21 to consider approve and take on record the audited financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2011, TCS said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
The Board of the company will also propose a final dividend on the equity shares and a dividend on the redeemable preference shares for the same period for the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, it added.
