TCS bags multi-year contract from Hawaiian Airlines

MUMBAI: Tata Consultancy Services has signed a multi-year contract with Hawaiian Airlines to provide IT, business process outsourcing and infrastructure services.

Hawaiian Airlines is one of the top ranked airlines in the US and serves 17 domestic and international destinations in the Pacific region.

Through Global Network Delivery Model, TCS will deliver end-to-end application maintenance and support services to Hawaiian Airlines’ core revenue accounting application, an automated passenger revenue accounting system.

The system will aid Hawaiian Airlines through systematised transactions that provide information on sales, refunds, exchanges and other data for key accounting processes. The system also facilitates recordings of air traffic liability amounts.
