Startek appoints Rajiv Ahuja as Global Chief Operating Officer

Ahuja joins Startek from Convergys, where he previously served as SVP and country manager for India, China, Malaysia and Japan.

Before Convergys, Ahuja worked with Aegis for 12 years.
Startek appointed Rajiv Ahuja as its new global Chief Operating Officer and said two of its previous COOs were leaving the business process management company.

Startek, which bought India-BPM company Aegis last year, said Pete Martino, COO of the Americas and the Philippines, and Sandeep Gulati, COO of APAC and South Africa, were leaving the company to pursue other interests.

Ahuja joins Startek from Convergys, where he previously served as SVP and country manager for India, China, Malaysia and Japan. Before Convergys, Ahuja worked with Aegis for 12 years.
