Sphere Global buys out two companies to diversify
HYDERABAD: City-based media and animation company Sphere Global Services, called Color Chips India earlier, has acquired two companies in the SAP solution space to diversify its portfolio to ERP and IT/ITeS solutions.

Hyderabad-based Kamptos and Pune-based Adroit serve SAP clients across diverse sectors. Kamptos develops solutions for healthcare, life sciences, higher education, food processing, disaster management and steel industry. Adroit serves automotive components, tool manufacturing and discrete manufacturing industry.

The acquisitions will add to Sphere’s portfolio offerings in IT/ITeS in India, South Africa and the Middle East, said MD Sudhakiran Reddy. “We are looking at inorganic as well as organic growth in the vertical and presently looking at Indian market for acquisitions,” he added. The listed company posted standalone sales ofRs 1.21 crore and net profit of Rs 24 lakh for the quarter to September.
