NEW DELHI: IT solutions and document management services firm SoftAge Information Technology has signed a memorandum of understanding with diversified group RJ Corp to set up sample-gathering centers for the latter's diagnostic lab chain Diagno Labs across the country, the firms said in a news release.

SoftAge, which has operations in 25 states and 500 cities, will offer the services to customers at half the price compared with other established players, the release said. RJ Corp-owned Diagno Labs operates a network of 1,500 collection centres, and is focused on smaller cities and towns.

“With organised healthcare set to boom in the coming months, this is an important addition to our business,” SoftAge Managing Director Ozair Yasin said in a statement.

Diagno Labs Managing Director SanjoyMukerji said the firm plans to operate 100-plus lab locations and 10,000 collection centers over a three-year period.
