Silverline Technologies Ltd has signed a strategic joint venture agreement with US-based Creative InfoCity Inc for developing Business Process Outsourcing and IT Infrastructure facilities in Gandhinagar.

MUMBAI: Silverline Technologies Ltd has signed a strategic joint venture agreement with US-based Creative InfoCity Inc for developing Business Process Outsourcing and IT Infrastructure facilities in Gandhinagar.
The JV to be operated by Silverline Technologies, entails developing BPO and IT Infrastructure facilities in around 5 lakh square feet at 'Infocity' in Gandhinagar.
The facility would be implemented by Creative InfoCity Ltd, a joint venture of Florida-based Creative InfoCity Inc and the Gujarat Government, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
As part of the alliance, the company with its global business presence would utilize the facility located at Gandhinagar in various phases for the purpose of IT, ITES including animation and BPO services and has drawn a five-year plan to utilise the same, it said.
The alliance would be later extended to set up such IT Infrastructure facilities under the brand name of 'Infocity' in other parts of the country, it added.
