Rishad Premji joins Wipro
Rishad Premji, the elder son of Wipro chairman Azim Premji, has formally joined the IT giant on Thursday.

BANGALORE: Rishad Premji, the elder son of Wipro chairman Azim Premji, has formally joined the IT giant on Thursday. The appointment has been approved by the board of directors.
Premji Jr would be undergoing an induction programme for two months at the financial services business division of Wipro Technologies. Rishad, a graduate of Harvard Business School and London School of Economics, will be based in Bangalore.
Top level officials said Rishad would be working at the mortgage services division and his future designation would depend on the profile and value add that he would bring in. It is likely that Rishad would be part of the new initiatives at the financial solutions vertical of Wipro Technologies.
