Pune's Persistent Systems acquires San Jose-based Genwi

PUNE: Pune-based Persistent Systems has announced that it has acquired Genwi, developer of the Genwi Marketing System, a flexible and customisable platform. The acquisition of the San Jose-based company will fortify its leadership team with a particular focus on digital transformation.
