Portuguese firm Exago ties up with Albaion Infotel to enter India

IT services firm Albion Infotel has partnered with Portuguese company Exago Markets to introduce the latter's solutions in the Indian market.

NEW DELHI: IT services firm Albion Infotel today said it has partnered with Portuguese company Exago Markets to introduce the latter's solutions in the Indian market.

Exago's model combines concepts like predictive markets through software technology and value-added services, delivering the highest performance in corporate innovation initiatives, Albion said in a statement.

Exago's solutions cover the entire process from ideation to implementation, it added.

"Innovation is no longer merely a buzzword and is now widely recognised as an integral part of business practices.

"Considering the increased understanding of the role of innovation in driving growth and improving competitiveness in the Indian economy, we have partnered Exago to bring their solutions to India," Albion Infotel Executive Director D Vasudevan said.

Exago Markets was founded in 2008 in Lisbon, Portugal. Its clients are based in Europe, North and South America and span across sectors like telecom, energy, retailer and distribution, among others.

According to Albion's website, it has Aegis BPO, Essar Steel, Lok Sabha Secretariat, Airports Authority of India, New Delhi Municipal Council and Power Grid Corporation of India among others as its clients.
