Persistent Systems appoints Jacqueline White as Chief Customer Officer, a newly created position

PUNE: Persistent Systems announced that it has appointed Jacqueline White as Chief Customer Officer. Prior to this, White was SVP of the Global Financial Services Consulting business at SAP and Managing Director, Accenture. In a newly created role at Persistent, she will be responsible for all aspects of customer satisfaction and success and strengthen the company’s partner ecosystem to focus on the “how” of digital for customers. She would also spearhead new offerings and market facing strategies that position Persistent as their strategic partner for digital transformation.

White has over 25 years of experience in consulting services and enterprise software, said the company.
