Through the acquisition, NTT will be able to increase its presence in North America, strengthen and expand its global delivery network and bolster its infrastructure services capabilities. It will also help in expansion of BPO capabilities, particularly in healthcare and insurance industries.

With the addition of Dell Services data centers in the US, the UK, and Australia, NTT will have around 230 data centres around the globe.
