NIIT Technologies CFO Pratibha Advani resigns, company appoints interim CFO
Prior to NIIT, she was CFO at Barclays Shared Services Pvt. Ltd, a unit of Barclays Bank Plc. Before that she also worked as vice president finance and CFO at GE-SBI Cards.

NEW DELHI: Mid-sized IT firm NIIT Technologies Ltd said its chief financial officer Pratibha Advani has resigned "to pursue other opportunities".
The company has appointed Amit Roy interim CFO, it said in a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange. "Her contribution has been valuable and the Company wish her success," said the company.
Advani joined NIIT Technologies in 2010. Prior to NIIT, she was CFO at Barclays Shared Services Pvt. Ltd, a unit of Barclays Bank Plc. Before that she also worked as vice president finance and CFO at GE-SBI Cards. She was also the Sourcing and Productivity Leader at GE Money, India.
Her last working day at NIIT Technologies is May 7, the company said.
