Mindtree ties up with Oracle

BANGALORE: A global IT and research and development services company MindTree consulting and member of the Oracle ParterNetwork are teaming up to support the latter's Oracle's Demantra Software product delivered to manufacturing companies in India.

Oracle's Demantra demand-driven supply chain planning solutions focus on the creation, planning, and fulfilment of demand, from promotion management to inventory replenishment, and from unconstrained demand forecast to collaborative sales and operations planning, a release said here today.

With the acquisition of Demantra in 2006, Oracle expanded its supply chain planning portfolio and can now provide its customers with best demand-driven planning capabilities.

MindTree's strong business domain capabilities in the supply chain and demand management areas, coupled with its technology competence in the Oracle product suite, will complement the features and capabilities of Oracle's Demantra to provide a compelling value proposition for their customers.
