Mark Fleming to head Wipro telecom unit

BANGALORE: IT major Wipro has hired a former Accenture partner and a telecom industry veteran Mark Fleming as the head of the company’s telecom, media and technology business, a company official confirmed to ET on Friday.

Mr Fleming will report to Girish Paranjpe, the joint-CEO. He will take over from TK Kurien, who was on Thursday named the chief executive of Wipro’s clean energy business, effective from April this year.
