Mahindra Satyam BPO, business process outsourcing arm of Mahindra Satyam, has received 'India's Most Customer Responsive BPO Company' award, which is instituted by business daily the 'Economic Times', Ernst & Young and Nielsen.

HYDERABAD: Mahindra Satyam BPO, business process outsourcing arm of Mahindra Satyam, has received 'India's Most Customer Responsive BPO Company' award, which is instituted by business daily the 'Economic Times', Ernst & Young and Nielsen.

It was presented by Minister of State for Home Affairs Ajay Maken and received by CEO of Mahindra Satyam BPO Vijay Rangineni, a statement issued by the company said.

Based on a robust methodology spanning over three months, involving an online poll, customer interviews and a jury meeting, the award carries tremendous credibility and is one of the most coveted in India Inc, Mahindra Satyam said in release.

Nominated organisations were evaluated on parameters such as responsiveness, intelligence generation and dissemination, customer education, top management emphasis, innovation, learning and technology enabling customer-responsiveness, it said.
