L&T Technology Services appoints Amit Chadha as Deputy CEO

Mumbai: L&T Technology Services Limited announced that it has appointed Amit Chadha as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and whole-time director of the company effective April 1. Chadha is presently President Sales & Business Development and Whole-Time Director of the company. The move is part of the Company's succession planning and based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee.

Chadha has been on the board of LTTS since February 1, 2015. He has been part of the management team and had joined Larsen & Toubro - IES Division in 2009, as an Area Vice-President. He was transferred to L&T Technology Services and was designated as Business Head, North America and Asia. LTTS had posted a net profit of Rs 204.1 crore for the quarter ended 31st December 2019, up 10% over the corresponding quarter last year.
