Croatia's Hrvatska Postanska Banka (HPB) and Sharjah Islamic Bank (SIB) in the middle east have selected Infosys Finacle Payments solution for their business.

NEW DELHI: IT major Infosys has bagged three deals from overseas clients which include two in the financial services space and one for managed services.

Croatia's Hrvatska Postanska Banka (HPB) and Sharjah Islamic Bank (SIB) in the middle east have selected Infosys Finacle Payments solution for their business.

"The Finacle solution will also help HPB to comply with Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) requirements and support Croatia's harmonisation process with European Union regulations and Payment Service Directive," Infosys said in a statement.

The software major will deliver bespoke epayment offerings and better experience to HPB customers.

SIB will use Finacle e-banking and mobile banking solutions to enhance customer service. Infosys Finacle will deliver internet and mobile banking solutions to provide personalised channel experience for the bank's customers.

"With Finacle, SIB will be able to offer its customers a wide range of features for secure account management and aggregation, fund transfer, payment, and financial management," the statement said.

The company has also bagged a five-year IT managed services deal from New York-based wellness company NBTY. As part of the deal, Infosys will provide development and support services for NBTY's IT systems.

NBTY is a manufacturer, marketer, distributor and retailer of vitamins and nutritional supplements.

The highest-paid executive at Infosys is CEO Vishal Sika. Former CTO of SAP, Sikka joined Infosys as chief executive officer and managing director of thecompany in June 2014.

Sikka's base salary currently stands at $900,000 per annum, with annual target variable pay at about $4.18 million. His salary is heavily inclined towards variable pay based on performance and earnings from stock options.

According to the company's SEC filing last year, Sikka commands an annual salary of $5.08 million and stock options worth another $2 million.
The highest-paid executive at Infosys is CEO Vishal Sika. Former CTO of SAP, Sikka joined Infosys as chief executive officer and managing director of thecompany in June 2014.

Chief financial officer Rajiv Bansal Bansal earned a package of $770,858 (about Rs 4.93 crore) for the financial year ended March 2015. His base salary stood at $124,567 and bonus and incentive were $450,980.
