Infosys to build $35 million Mysore-like training centre in Indiana
The Bengaluru-headquartered firm announced the new centre at a press conference attended by US Vice President Mike Pence.

BENGALURU: Infosys said it would invest about $35 million to establish a US Education Centre in Indianapolis to train US workers, a replication of the learning complex it runs in Mysore.
The centre will initially be a 125,000 sq. ft. of development that will accommodate a 250-person residential training facility.
The Bengaluru-headquartered firm announced the new centre at a press conference attended by US Vice President Mike Pence.
“We are excited to partner with Indiana to grow our U.S. presence by building our U.S. Education Center here, which is dedicated to continuous learning and incubating the skills of the future,” Ravi Kumar, President, Infosys, said in a statement.
Infosys has also expanded its hiring plans for Indiana from 2,000 to 3,000 new jobs by the end of 2023.
