Infosys names Jayesh Sanghrajka as interim CFO

Jayesh Sanghrajka has spent 13 years at Infosys over two stints and has performed various leadership roles in the finance function.

Infosys said it has appointed Jayesh Sanghrajka as the interim chief financial officer of the company and a key managerial personnel with effect from November 17.

Sanghrajka is currently the deputy CFO of the bengaluru-headquartered IT services exporter.

“Board of Directors at its meeting today appointed Jayesh Sanghrajka as the interim CFO and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from November 17, 2018. The Board is in the process of selecting the next CFO,” said Infosys in a filing to the stock exchanges.


Jayesh Sanghrajka has spent 13 years at Infosys over two stints and has performed various leadership

roles in the finance function. He has more than 20 years of experience and is a Chartered Accountant.

M D Ranganath, who decided to resign to pursue professional aspirations in August, will step down on November 16.

Analysts say Jayesh would be right person to maintain continuity on the role of CFO. Before his second stint at Infosys beginning December 2012 as vice president and corporate financial controller, he worked as vice president, finance, Mu Sigma; Head, finance, Rediff.com; director, corporate accounting, Tishman Speyer India.
