Infosys closes Simplus acquisition

Simplus has over 500 employees and offices in North America, Sydney, Melbourne, London and a delivery centre in Manila. The company had about $67 million in revenue for the fiscal year ending January 31, 2020.

Infosys paid $200 million including contingent considerations for the acquisition of Simplus shares.
Infosys said it closed its $250 million acquisition of Salesforce platinum partner Simplus.

The Bengaluru-headquartered IT services company announced the deal in February.

Infosys made a previous Salesforce acquisition Fluido in 2018.


Simplus has over 500 employees and offices in North America, Sydney, Melbourne, London and a delivery centre in Manila. The company had about $67 million in revenue for the fiscal year ending January 31, 2020.

Infosys paid $200 million including contingent considerations for the acquisition of Simplus shares. In addition, there are employee incentives and retention bonuses amounting to $50 million on meeting certain performance conditions over three years.
