Infosys being sued by former head of immigration: Reports
BENGALURU: Infosys is being sued by its former head of immigration, Erin Green, in the US, for employee discrimination and retaliation, media reports said.

Green filed a lawsuit against the company on June 19, business paper Mint reported.

In the lawsuit, Green questioned his dismissal, saying it was a result of retaliation for reporting discriminatory treatment of himself and other executives based on race and national origin, media reports said.

ET has reached out to Green but has yet to hear back. Infosys did not immediately respond to a request seeking comment.

The lawsuit comes at the time when Infosys is facing a potential class-action suit based on discriminatory treatment in the US and is attempting to hire 10,000 executives in the country in the next two years.
