Infosys appoints Manikantha AGS as new company secretary

BENGALURU: Infosys has appointed Manikantha AGS, a 10-year veteran at India’s second-largest software firm, as its new Company Secretary. He takes over from Parvatheesam Kanchinadham, who resigned in January.

Manikantha was previously Company Secretary at Infosys’ back-office outsourcing business.

"I congratulate Manikantha on this appointment ...We take this opportunity to affirm that we hold his predecessor Mr Parvatheesam in high esteem for his outstanding professionalism and his very high sense of integrity,” an Infosys statement on Monday quoted CEO Vishal Sikka as saying. “We thank him for his outstanding contributions to the company and wish him the very best in all his future endeavours."
