Indus Net Technologies acquires digital marketing company Techsu

Kolkata-based Indus Net Technologies has acquired majority stake in digital marketing company Techshu. The company under the new arrangement would be called Indus Net Techshu.

KOLKATA: Kolkata-based Indus Net Technologies has acquired majority stake in digital marketing company Techshu. The company under the new arrangement would be called Indus Net Techshu. With this acquisition, Indus Net Technologies, will bring to table success driven digital marketing expertise.

"Indus Net Techshu emerges as the largest digital marketing agency in East India, with marquee brands in its portfolio. This take over will help create synergy to benefit their existing and potential clients. The management team has committed an operational investment of $1million over next one year," said Abhishek Rungta, founder & CEO, Indus Net Technologies.

Indus Net Techshu will continue to operate independently and will be headed by Aji Issac Mathew as its CEO Prabhanjan Panigrahi as its CTO. Rungta, and Bharat Berlia, CIO at Indus Net Technologies will join the board of Indus Net Techshu and bring their extensive experience in building and scaling IT service companies.
