iGate's chief accounting officer Prashanth Idgunji quits

MUMBAI: Nasdaq-listed IT firm iGate said its chief accounting officer Prashanth Idgunji had resigned effective February 13, after a six-year stint at the company.

Idgunji also served at the company’s principal accounting officer, a statutory role under US Securities and Exchange Commission regulations.

Sujit Sircar, the Company’s current Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will serve as the Company’s principal accounting officer after Idgunji’s resignation takes effect.
