BPO firm, IBM Daksh has been awarded the title of Contact Centre Outsourcing Service Provider in Asia Pacific for the year 2008 for outstanding performance by consulting firm Frost and Sullivan.

NEW DELHI: BPO firm, IBM Daksh has been awarded the title of Contact Centre Outsourcing Service Provider in Asia Pacific for the year 2008 for outstanding performance by consulting firm Frost and Sullivan.

The company was selected for the title for showing exemplary growth and performance in 2007 against other leading BOP companies across the region, a company statement said.

"This award reinforces our market leadership and is testimony to the sustained competitive advantage we provide to clients through innovative offerings and global delivery footprint," IBM Daksh CEO Pavan Vaish said.

The award involves multiple stages of evaluation and is based on criteria comprising customer acquisition, depth of service offerings, market share growth, leadership in product innovation and financial performance, the statement added.
