HCL Tech partners Talisma to provide new services

NEW DELHI: HCL Technologies BPO Services said on Friday it has entered into a strategic partnership with Talisma Corporation to offer its clients an end-to-end service with the former's customer relationship management (CRM) solutions.

HCL and Talisma will combine their BPO and CRM expertise, respectively, to offer clients enriched service centre functionality, the companies said in a statement.

HCL will provide customized, user-based services, while Talisma would provide its CRM applications to address the diverse needs of clients, it added.

"This strategic alliance would prove to be highly advantageous to the current HCL customer relationships, especially since modulated services like marketing, sales and services management can now be availed through all channels interrelated with existing applications and software, and without significant investment," HCL Technologies Ltd BPO Services Head (Retail and Utilities) Neeraj Tandon said.

CRM solutions are used to organize, automate and synchronize business processes like sales, marketing, customer service and technical support.

"This association will help us migrate to a more comprehensive transaction implementation, design and execute model," Talisma Managing Director (Asia-Pacific and Europe) Rajendra Mruthyunjayappa said.
