HCL Infosystems appoints Harsh Chitale as CEO

MUMBAI: IT company HCL Infosystems today said it has appointed Harsh Chitale as Chief Executive Officer of the company.

Harsh would take over the position from Ajay Chowdhry, who would continue to be the Chairman, HCL Infosystems said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.

HCL Infosystems over the past few years has also been expanding with the growing presence across emerging markets and strong skilled workforce of close to 7,000 people, the filing added.
