NEW DELHI: Supply chain solution provider GoJavas today said it has introduced a revolutionary tool GoTrack, a first of its kind in the industry through which customers can track the exact location of their shipment on Google Maps.

"Customers can now see for themselves the spatial movement of the delivery vehicle, name of the delivery agent and the current status of their orders," the logistics company said in a statement.

GoJavas COO Vijay Ghadge said, "Logistics handles a major part of customer experience in online retail. A logistics partner is the veritable face and voice of an e-commerce company. We at Gojavas believe in customer satisfaction and thereby form an integral part of the consumer-vendor supply chain." The company has earlier introduced initiatives such as GoOpen - Open-Delivery, Go48 - 48 hours COD remittance, GoFill - Fulfillment Services, GoRupiah - Instant cash refund, etc.

Currently this service is being implemented in a few hubs and the company seeks to roll this out on a pan-India basis soon. GoJavas said it provides services to about 30,000 consumers per day in over 85 cities and it customers include e-commerce companies like Jabong, Fabfurnish, YEPME and Lenskart.
