Genpact wins 3-year contract from Max New York Life Insurance

Genpact Limited, a business process outsourcing company today said it has got a three-year contract from Max New York Life Insurance to provide customer services

NEW DELHI: Genpact Limited, a business process outsourcing company today said it has got a three-year contract from Max New York Life Insurance to provide customer services.

Genpact will provide customer services related solutions in select geographies, employing multiple regional languages and sophisticated technology, the companies said in a joint statement.

The value of the deal was not disclosed. "This is a significant relationship for us and we are delighted to partner with a company that is focused on providing a best-in-class service experience to its customers Genpact Chief Operating Officer Tiger Tyagarajan said.

"We will bring our deep domain experience in the insurance industry, developed through serving large global insurance companies over the last decade," he added.

"We believe that Genpact's global expertise in insurance and customer service will enable us to deliver a high quality customer service experience, which we envisage will be our strongest differentiator in this competitive market," Rajit Mehta, Chief Operating Officer, Max New York Life Insurance company said.
