Genpact inks 3-yr pact with Federal-Mogul

BPO major Genpact today said it has signed a three-year deal with automotive supplier Federal-Mogul Corp to provide help desk services.

NEW DELHI: BPO major Genpact today said it has signed a three-year deal with automotive supplier Federal-Mogul Corp to provide help desk services.

Under this contract, Genpact will provide help desk services to Federal-Mogul customers in North America, Europe, South America and Asia, Genpact said in a statement.

The help desk will provide 24x7 service in multiple languages including Japanese, Mandarin, German, French, Italian, Polish and Portuguese, it added.

Federal-Mogul Corp is a USD 5.3 billion global supplier of powertrain and safety technologies for the automotive, marine, railroad, aerospace and industrial markets.

"We believe this partnership will enable us with flexibility and the productivity tools to support and grow our operations across the globe," Federal-Mogul Director Information Systems Dave Bachleda said.
