Dayanand Allapur quits Tesco to join Capgemini BPO

BANGALORE: Dayanand Allapur, ex-HR Head of Tesco will join CapgeminiBPO as their VP HR from August. He will be reporting to the COO of the BPO division, said an executive from the company, who did not wish to be named.

Allapur joined Tesco in 2010 and his role was to oversee all functions including business partnering, talent acquisition, HR operations, employee engagement and learning & development.

He has worked in roles involving e mployee engagement, talent management, global resource management, mergers & acquisitions, change management. Before Tesco, he worked with Patni Americas as VP and Head of HR.
