Cognizant to buy SaasFocus to boost Asia-Pac business

Cognizant said it had agreed to buy SaaSFocus, a digital transformation company focused on the Salesforce platform, for an undisclosed amount, as it focuses on growing its digital business in the Asia Pacific region.

SaaSFocus has about 350 Salesforce consultants and client in Australia and India.

"This acquisition of a respected and successful Salesforce specialist underlines our commitment to helping clients in Australia and India digitally transform their businesses and reshape the way they interact with their customers," said Jayajyoti Sengupta, Head of APAC at Cognizant.


Cognizant has said it plans to grow its revenue is Asia-Pacific to $1 billion in the next few years.
