IT firm Cerebra Integrated Technologies Ltd on Monday said it has identified BPO and architectural design as potential growth generators and charted out growth plans in both the segments.

BANGALORE: IT firm Cerebra Integrated Technologies Ltd on Monday said it has identified BPO and architectural design as potential growth generators and charted out growth plans in both the segments.

The company is currently scouting for acquisitions in the BPO sector and is in the process to shortlist firms in the architectural and KPO business, a company release said.

It intends to buy small to mid-sized firms in India and the US. The company plans to invest in building a 200-seat strong BPO business globally, it said.

The company is on the lookout for inorganic growth route through a spate of acquisitions of companies who are in the BPO sector mainly in the USA and European markets, it said.

Cerebra's electronic manufacturing services division has plans for overseas acquisition in RFID area in addition to organic growth in India, it stated.
