Accenture opens consulting centre in Gurgaon

Outsourcing and consulting firm Accenture on Wednesday launched its first global integrated management consulting centre of excellence in Gurgaon.

NEW DELHI: Outsourcing and consulting firm Accenture on Wednesday launched its first global integrated management consulting centre of excellence in Gurgaon and announced plans to open management consulting centres in Bangalore, Mumbai and Chennai in the next one year.

“With these consulting centres, we will have up to 2,000 consultants in India by the end of our fiscal year next August,” said Accenture group chief executive-management consulting & integrated markets Mark Foster.

While Accenture already has two consulting centres in Delhi and Mumbai and several others around the globe offering one or more of its five consulting service lines, the Gurgaon centre would be the first to offer the full range of services, including analytics and supply chain management.
