V Resorts expands its employee strength, acquihire Techafaqs

NEW DELHI: V Resorts, a travel solutions company has announced its first acquihire deal with Techafaqs, which is a part of Banyan Netfaqs that publishes afaqs!.

V Resorts will be independently meeting the company technology needs. It will enable the company to consolidate their web applications, including all the internal systems. They have recreated the company's website in tandem with the customer feedback and internet trends.

The company has been able to centralise information of properties from across India.

Aditi Balbir, founder and chief executive officer, V Resorts, says, "With this deal, we want to strengthen our team and innovate our technology in best possible manner.”

The tech arm has also created a unique booking engine. Through it, the customer cannot just book rooms in resorts but plan their whole holiday experience, from the moment they are picked from airport, food choices, activities they want to engage in etc, till dropped back. This way they can even know the cost they will incur for their stay.
