NEW DELHI: Timesjobs.com, the fastest growing e-recruitment portal in India, has entered into a strategic tie-up with NowPos Online Services, a Hyderabad-based niche premier voice technologies products company, to launch the world’s first voice resume service.
Available on www.timesjobs.com, potential and existing BPO employees can now ‘speak and record’ their resumes, including answering questions and read a system-chosen paragraph as part of their resume. The entire technology of this voice suite exclusively resides on Timesjobs’ portal and has been developed by NowPos.
“The prospect of launching the world’s first voice resume and BPO online voice screening mechanism on our portal is tremendously exciting, as it offers revolutionary potential to change a whole suite of BPO recruitment processes. This will cut recruitment cycles, reduce cost, time and manpower involved in recruitment and enable BPOs to enter a straight third-round interview after the online short-listing of CV,” said R Sundar, president, Timesjobs.com.
