Starting tomorrow, Facebook will be available on the JioPhone. There is a new version of the social media giant's app, that is being built specially for Jio KaiOS, which is an operating system designed specifically for the JioPhone.

Jio says this will open up Facebook for a potential 50 crore feature phone users in the country.

The new Facebook app for JioPhone is supposed to offer its users a comprehensive experience, supporting push notifications, videos, and also links to external content. The Facebook App on JioPhone is also optimised to successfully accommodate the JioPhone's cursor functions to improve its user-friendliness on the interface.
