Net4 India forms new subsidiary in Singapore
Net4 India Ltd on Thursday announced the opening of its newly formed subsidiary Net4 Singapore Pte Ltd and that it has also been awarded with the Service Based Operator (SBO) license in Singapore.

NEW DELHI: Net4 India Ltd on Thursday announced the opening of its newly formed subsidiary Net4 Singapore Pte Ltd and that it has also been awarded with the Service Based Operator (SBO) license in Singapore. Under the license, the company will now be able to support a range of enhanced retail and wholesale VoIP business.
The new division, headquartered in Singapore, aims to create a proactive, customer-facing organization and to manage the wholesale VOIP business from Singapore for its International Market.
Net4 will establish a new PoP in Singapore for VoIP related services that includes International Calling Card Service (ICC), Toll Free Services, IP Telephony Services, VPN Voice/data services.
