Google today commemorated India's 64th Republic Day with a doodle featuring a collage of our national symbols.

NEW DELHI: Google today commemorated India's 64th Republic Day with a doodle featuring a collage of our national symbols.

The doodle features India's national animal, the Royal Bengal Tiger, and its national flower, the lotus.

The Google logo appears as the tiger's stripes.

This is the third doodle on the occasion of Republic Day featured on Google India's homepage.

Google regularly presents to the users colourful doodles to observe birth anniversaries of important personalities and significant dates. The Republic Day of India marks the anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of India.
