Budget 2013: Cyber security important component of national security, says Nasscom

NEW DELHI: The National Association of Software and Services Companies ( Nasscom) has recommended cyber security provisions for important component of national security and competitiveness in the Budget 2013.

Nasscom demanded allocation of budgetary resources to enhance national capability to address cyber security challenges. "Set up institutional framework to secure economic and strategic assets and build competence," Nasscom said.
