Bennett University Webinar on AI Solutions for Covid-19

New Delhi: Ravi Shankar Prasad, Union Minister for Electronics and Information Technology, Communications and Law and Justice will be the keynote speaker at a webinar hosted by the Bennett University on Monday.

The theme of the global webinar, organised by the Department of Computer Science Engineering, is ‘AI Solutions for Covid’.

As the world battles the Covid-19 pandemic, technology led solutions, and especially those Artificial Intelligence (AI) enabled, are helping predict outbreak hotspots, track patients and fine-tune treatment priorities and other interventions.


The webinar will bring together eminent policymakers, scientists and industry leaders to brainstorm strategies on how to accelerate AI and Data Science adoption for finding solutions for lockdown exit and to help return to the pre-Covid-19 economy.

Sandip Patel, General Manager, IBM India/South Asia, Manish Gupta, Director, Google Research, India and Vishal Dhupar, managing director, NVIDIA, South Asia will also be part of the minister session.
