7Seas acquire IP rights of German company
7Seas Technologies, a gaming company has acquired German-based neodelight.com, gaming division of Neokolor GBR.

HYDERABAD: 7Seas Technologies Limited, a gaming company has acquired German-based neodelight.com, gaming division of Neokolor GBR.
The deal is an all cash deal and 7Seas will get the full IP rights to the Neodelight (Brand, games, game engine and website).
"This is first time that an Indian gaming company has acquired an online gaming company from Europe. As Neokolor is a privately held company we are unable to share the value of the deal. Neodelight devlops games for online with its own game engines. Its games are popular and available on more than 500 gaming sites", L Maruti Sanker, MD, 7Seas said here.
Neodelight has developed 33 games for which it owns the IP Rights. Neodelight brand is very popular and they has more than 3 million pages views every month. Neodelight attracts nearly one million unique users per month. Neodelight's games have been played 300 million times, which is unique.
"We always had the 'Casual' audience in mind. This means our games are easy to pick up and play by users with our previous gaming experience", Ulrich Tausend, Managing Partner of Neokolor GBR said at the press conference.
