Mindtree announces executive appointments in Europe, Asia Pacific
Mindtree is making sustained investments in Europe and Asia Pacific as part of its 4X4X4 strategy, global president Venu Lambu says. A strong leadership is vital to help clients unlock value from digital transformation, he says.

“We are making sustained investments in Europe and Asia Pacific as part of our 4X4X4 strategy aimed at strengthening our leadership capabilities and strategic partnerships in these markets to drive superior growth,” said Venu Lambu, executive director and president (global markets) at Mindtree.
- The company has appointed Klaus Seifert, formerly head of global technology services for DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) at IBM, as head of strategy for Europe and chief business officer for DACH. He is based out of Munich.
- Erik Julius Larsen has joined the company as chief business officer for Nordics and Benelux. Prior to this, Larsen worked at Cognizant Technology Solutions Corp. as country manager and head of sales for Nordics.
- Dominic Del Giudice has been appointed as chief business officer for the Asia-Pacific. He joins Mindtree from IBM where he was vice president and senior partner at IBM Global Business Services across Asia Pacific and Australia/NZ.
On Wednesday, Mindtree shares rose 3.88% to Rs 4,524.00 apiece on the BSE while the benchmark Sensex ended the day 0.13% lower at 58,927.33 points.
