InterVision acquires US software firm with India presence for undisclosed sum

Intervision has purchased Virtuosity Consulting, a US-based software development company that has its software development centers in India, for an undisclosed sum, as per a press release.

Virtuosity Consulting has customers such as Microsoft, Amazon, Hewlett Packard, XBOX Game Studios and T-Mobile, an American wireless network operator.

It provides business and process automation solutions to its customers.


The company was founded by Brent Lazarenko. The company has three offices in India located in Mumbai, Bengaluru and Chennai. Swati Thakar is listed as managing director of the company in India.

InterVision was founded in 1993 and has a Pan-American presence with 14 offices and over 450 employees. The company is headquartered in San Jose, California. It claims to have over 1500 customers. The company's principal shareholders include MidOcean Partners, Huron Capital and members of management.
