Infosys bags Telenor Norway IT modernisation deal

Infosys today announced its collaboration with telecommunications operator Telenor Norway in its business transformation programme to become a digital telecommunications company.

The Bengaluru-based company did not disclose the financial details or tenure of the deal.

Through this engagement, Infosys will accelerate Telenor Norway’s modernisation journey while supporting it as a product-based organisation through a co-managed model, according to an exchange filing.


As part of the engagement, Infosys will leverage its tools and accelerators to support the transformation of Telenor’s IT stack in areas of digital, analytics and artificial intelligence, and operations.

Infosys will jointly drive and execute Telenor’s modernization roadmap for capability uplifting, business agility, and revenue growth while ensuring operational stability to meet the Norwegian company’s transformation objectives, the filing added.
